„[...] Like on their selftitled album the new pieces are again
tremendiously tensiouse and capricious. The pieces convince completely
by their complex sophisticated abusement of the guitar, a very pleasing
love for solos and a wicked lead voice. Anyone who wants to discover
some new music is perfectyl right with Tarentatec[...]“

"Unleashed mixture of Psychedelic, Noise and Stoner. [...] Songs take high-spirited turns and the singers roars like the chief bull of Smoke Blow.

VISIONS
"There is a question you should ask!" roars singer Jonas Reinhardt on the rampant itself faster and faster driving "Lizard" and we ask ourselves: Yes, how do they do this? Why are they so good? From where do they take this penetrating power?
The production makes the plaster of the rehearsel room ("Baracke 5") in Ilmenau, where this 30-minute-EP has been recorded, trickle from the walls. You can feel how the place must have shaken and almost being burst at the seams (witness among others is the Instrumental "Machines").
Tarentatec have retained their unpredictability in the songwriting of the debut. Deke to the right and pass to the left, this is one more of their excellent qualities. Only the widescreen-rock has gone back a little, now loud / silent dominates mainly. There comes an increased application of electronic elements which are twined, however, so subtly that one hardly notes them. Unbeatable!"
